- Go to [Apply for DiD] on the official DID website and click 'Apply' under [Diocese of Busan DID Application] to be redirected to the preliminary registration Google Form.
- Pilgrims of all ages, including both minors (required to submit documents including a parental consent form) and adults, are welcome. However, individuals under the age of 18 (as of the DID period) are strictly prohibited from participating individually and must be accompanied by a designated group leader.
- Families are welcome. However, due to homestay availability, members of the same family may be accommodated in different houses.
- Instead of a fixed registration fee, it operates on a 'Participation Donation' basis, which is fixed at $100 USD per participant.
- After completing the Google Form, you must collect the Member Information Excel form, the official certificate from your country's National WYD Office, and any required documents for minors (if applicable), and submit them to the official email address of the Days in the Diocese of BUSAN.
- We aim for 100% parish homestays. As a contingency, parish halls or facilities will be used.
- Accommodations are NOT provided outside the official DID period. Groups arriving early or staying late must arrange and book their own external accommodations (such as hotels or youth hostels) individually.
- Pilgrims must arrange their own transport from the airport to Busan and between Seoul and Busan. Depending on the group size, renting a chartered bus can be a cheaper and more convenient option for groups.
